Dismal Service FFW Insurers

I lodged a claim with FFW on 14 November 2023 in respect of hail damage to my vehicle. The vehicle has since been written off. Despite numerous email and telephonic correspondence my claim remains unsettled. Dealing with your personnel is exasperating. Mere lip-service is paid to your name “First for Women”, as it is evidently false
