Dishonesty from 1st for Women insurance

I received a call on Friday (25/08/2023) regarding insurance with an incentive to do a no obligation free quote and I would get a R500 Woolworths Voucher.

I spent a good hour on the phone to do the quote in order to receive the voucher and decided not go ahead with the policy and was told that the voucher would be sent via SMS to me by the salesperson.

I sent in a request to be called back and was contacted today (29/08/2023) just to be told that I needed to activate the policy in order to get the voucher, this was not told to me initially during the first call and I am highly disappointed by the dishonesty from salespeople who work for the company since I was told that I would get the voucher just for doing a no obligation free quote.

I spent a lot of time regarding this just to be **** to and I wasted time which I can not get back, I would like to know if the company will honour the initial promise of the voucher made by a salesperson.
