Dishonesty and Misrepresentation

Towards the end of January I bought a new vehicle and did an article change I was given a premium of R1208, and I was told by multiple consultants that in May I can call and get my premium down to R1132 when I called back instead to got the shock that for someone who has never claimed my premium is now R1390, I’m upset as I was bold face **** to, it’s better for me to end this unfruitful relationship, cause I doubt I’ll get help when I need it, the level of dishonesty is beyond my willingness to stay, the OSTI will have a great time listening to all those calls
