Dishonest nd *****ing_bad customee care

<p>This company is really dishonest and *****ing.On the 7th September i had an accident infront of my the bonnet got smashed and noticed that theres a scratch as well at the corner of my back right wheel. I lodged the claim on the 9th to my suprise when car cane back the dent was not fixed and told that i must lodge a dfrent claim which also attracts an excesa fee. Lodged the claim via mail nd FFW told me scratch and dent are two different policies which was never disclosed when i joined. A rude agent Portua Simelane called Simelane told her that i dont know by heas my registration and date of accident is aftee 3 weeks today i called and claim rejected its after 30 days. Informed them to cancell my policy then its useless cant i must go to another department Im cancelling them right now When u join insurance u want oece of mind not frustrations First for women is dishonest and haa bad customer service not reliable</p>
