Dishonest and their panel Beater

i logged a claim for a ****** and recovered vehicle and they chose their panel beater which was a huge disappointment. i had to return my car back for like 3 times for the same things that they were working on. i was communicating with an assessor named Matsobane from the insurance and after the 2nd time i informed him am tired of Reef tuned-up ****ty job will it be possible to get another repair to finish the job and he agreed to give them a last chance. only to find out he's been making arrangement with the panel beater to work on my car after i specifically told him an not happy with them.

The amount of disrespect i receive from that panel beater yesterday is appalling. and am wondering why is this guy shoving this people down my throat? do they have something to hide? because ever since day one i have getting contradicting story
