Dishonest and poor customer care

I have a comprehensive cover for my car with first for women and coverd for a courtesy car to my suprise i cannot get the car whilst im paying them told someone a consultant from Europa cars will contact me with fees regarding car rental. I said to the customer care agent im nitt hiring a car and if so why ut was not disclosed when joining the insurance the lady just told me uts not disclosed. I am angry with the fact that they **** as having the service I am paying every month for the courtesy car but now they gave Europa car to call mw for a car hire I must pay fees as the procedure for a car hire and etc First for women is not professional they dishonesty and lies to customers I wish i really joined another insurance which has a goid Customer approach I called them since friday and get disconnected each time they never get back to me. They claim that their phones have a problem and regardless their glitches they dont care of customers devastated at this moment whom pays their insurance monthly
