Dishonest and Misleading

Been a client for years, had a computer apple computer insured for R35k (R10k less than what I payed for it). They were super happy to write up a contract for me for this replacement value, however, when I had an issue, the history was very different. Never mind my contract was based on the value I presented to them and they accepted, they will only pay back what they deem satisfactory. Not what the contract actually states.
