Disgustingly Poor service and false information on sales

The sales people at St for women are not fit and proper. They lie to get people to take policies.. I took a policy, household a year ago where I was told that if anything happens to your washing machine we will fix or if we can't fix we will replace... I submitted a claim last month, it was rejected under a false assessment by the assessor from Assesstech who was ***********, googled in my presence to check what AN E17 error is then said it's a microprocessor which 1st for women said it won't fix... I'm totally disgusted by the conduct of their employee whom they said they will investigate and resolve within 48 hours... No one has contacted me to resolve this. They have no service whatsoever when I called in to cancel the insurance products that I have them I was refused to cancel the household one because I couldn't apparently only have cellphone cover under them. Had canceled both my cars under them as well and they couldn't care less...
