Disgusting, ***********, unhelpful consultants

Kealeboga is the consultant I worked with. She promised me the world, but once the commission was in place she has forgotten to send me the documents she promised to send. All my emails are being ignored and I still don't know what documents are outstanding. She didn't even acknowledge my many emails. So if I have a claim, then this company will repudiate it because they will say I didn't send all documents. If anyone is able to assist, please kindly contact me urgently. I will cancel this policy if no one responds as I will NOT trust you.
