Disgusting service from first for women

I am utterly disgusted by the service received from first for women! I had 2 claims in just over a month and the service is poor. Consultants are only able to add a note on the system. There has being promises made to call and give feedback but was not done. In my recently claim i spoke to the manager Sabelo. SABELO has promised to call me back on thursday 9 May 2019 at 10:00 and till today he has not called me. Everytime i need to be the one to call and fast track the claim! Is this what service supplier to be? Today is friday and as usual im told if i called earlier i would of being assisted. They are very quick to debt the money every month but when It comes to service it sucks!!! To me they clearly dont live up to their brand! A senior person is never available to talk to the client! Oh and another thing is that you never get referred to the person that you ask to speak to! FIRST FOR WOMEN YOU REALLY HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME!!! So people dont waste your time with this insurer!
