Disgusting Service EVER!!!
The worst experience I have ever recieved in my entire existence... ****EM SULMAN is putting First For Women insurance to shame. I was rudely treated and put on hold for over 25min just cause I wanted to cancel my insurance. This guy refused to give me a ref number for the call and claimed that First for women does NOT give out ref no. they will only send an email. I requested to speak to the manager and that's when he put me on hold for over 25min. I am totally disgusted and so disappointed at the service I received. I want this dealt with immediately.'
