Disgusting service

This is my second complaint about 1 thing which is feedback. I have never seen such disgusting service in my entire life. I'm even thinking of canceling my policy. If I struggle to get feedback with such a small claim, what will happen if I have a major incident. Awful service from the claims handler. We have called numerous times to state which number to call for updates and till today no communication clhas been sent. We logged a claim on the 19th of April and we are taken as fools. I called now and spoke to Dineo, asked to speak to a manager and she told me that she cannot put me through to the manager as she doesn't know the managers number or extension. Is this a company or a joke. I'm so disappointed with first for women and would never recommend it to anyone. I loved this company so much that both my vehicles are insured there but the service is horrible. Please call me on ***
