Disgusting service!!!

This is a second let down in two weeks. First my excess is more than the glass claim (why have insurance right) now my engine light came on and I popped into Bosch who tells me that FFW Mechanical department don't operate on Saturdays. How is this possible? It's a mechanical breakdown insurance??? I will now drive my car and ffw will take responsibility if the engine seizes. This is outrageous. Quick to sell you insurance but not there when you need them. Disgusting!
