Disgusting service

Disgusting service. When I required about my outbonus. I was told that I am not getting one because I should have asked them in the beginning to add it as an extra cost. My car insurance was around R800 and when I asked for a review to pay less (as the insurance fee was the highest of all car insurance co's) I was told NO! I eventually canceled my policy and only then did they offer me a lower rate. They are disgusting and pathetic. Doesnt help to complain on Facebook or other platforms. I have been blocked
