Disgusting Service

Do not ever do business with 1st for Women and their middle man aka TELESURE. I was in an accident on 26th of June & got road side assistance as I managed to pull myself out of the rolled vehicle and called them. The intermediary they are affliated with Telesure are ****** of note. The loss adjudicator aka "KOOS" had the nerve to say the tracking company trip report is sometimes not accurate when I questioned the speed I was "supposedly" driving was 102km on a 60 km zone and no where in the trip report that speed is recorded as the tracker registers every minute you drive.

Needless to say the claim is rejected based on their unfounded excuse above. The night of the accident, it was dark, raining & misty, the street lights where somehow not working and this particular road makes a sharp curve to the left which I missed and hit a pole, vehicle rolled on impact its a miracle I came out with no scratch just bruises from the impact, now you do the math would I have been alive if I was at the speed they claim of 102km on a vehicle that was upside down??

There were road works in the area and for some reason there is a pole cut & uncovered securely as a danger zone up to a height of the knee that I hit while I missed that sharp curve and it caused the accident. There seems to be a lot of accidents on that bend possibly because of the s****yards in the area, ( I'm under the opinion that objects are placed on the road to cause accidents) and the fact that there are no barrier lines showing the road makes a sharp bend to the left with possible roadworks and Telesure & 1st for women is very much aware of this since their loss adjudicator "KOOS" admitted that they are receiving a lot of accident claims on that road, of course that telephone recording has been kept from me since I have requested it and I can only get it when I have legal representation, what a load of BS$.

You need to be prepared to deal with Telesure & 1st For Women with your Lawyers otherwise they ***** you over with everything they have. Listen to this people, the rejection letter states" Under General Terms & Conditions, I am obligated to take maximum due care of my vehicle", now how could I have avoided that accident under the circumstances of the road in question??

I trust the Judge of the High Court will nail them heavily not only for rejecting my claim on unfounded grounds, failure to furnish evidence pertaining the rejection but also nail them on their conduct as a Risk Company to cause duress on their clients as I had to fight with "KOOS" over the fact I had to return the courtesy car I was paying for because they have rejected the claim, of course I told him to take a hike and send me the bill as he claimed I would be liable for not returning the vehicle since the claim is rejected and I told him we will see about that. I kept the courtesy vehicle for the 15 days period I signed up for and I havent received any bill thus far, you can see the pattern of their conduct is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

For a company that is suppose to be guardian angel for Women certainly is quite something else. And I am learning that I am not the first client Telesure has *****ed this way before and 1st for Women knows this as Telesure saves them money for not paying out clients.

Oh last but not least my July premium was returned without even consulting me and the insurance cancelled, *****ing me further when I want car insurance again. Ask yourself is this the insurance company you want to enter into a relationship with? Answer is absolutely not.

1st horrible experience with 1st for Women & Telesure, I don't ever wish anyone this pain and inconvenience they have put through.

Let us wait and see justice takes it course!

I presume you are referring to the dispute outcome letter? You choose what to answer and not to right? A notice of motion was sent to you and Telesure on the 27th of July and you were suppose to oppose the motion in writing since you are sticking firm to your decision to reject my claim & my lawyer and I haven't received any feedback from both you and Telesure. You are not playing along but we will see what the Judge of the High Court has to say about your conduct.

The public deserves the right to know how you conduct your business as it is clearly what not you sell your customers.
