Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted with first for woman,yourl are all about woman and been a great insurance company,clearly it's an act.It's sad to say all good things are only said when yourl need a client.I have been waiting since 04-01-16 on whether my car claim will b approved by the admin department and to date i keep getting sms's or emails stating there's no news,its been 13 working days and there's no news,i got to keep waiting another 7 days.what on earth can take so long,all info had been provided.Words cannot explain my frustration.People need to know just how unreliable first for woman is and does not care for they clients well being,by reading the negative reviews I regret dealing with such a company and I will surely be telling all the people i know who are dealing with yourl to re-think they decision.It's of no benefit to us paying a premium and having to wait weeks before u know anything.
