disgusting service

Amado Nefula has given the worst service ever, this guy he is a professional in providing bad service...I am taking a hat off foe him. Three weeks for a cellphone claim and he also mentioned that there was a claims forum that was supposed to be attended for my cellphone claim and on top of that he never rep**** to any of my emails. I am not certain that I will continue with this Policy after the experience he has given me. claim no: ********** 74/2
