Disgusting Service

I have been a very loyal and paying customer with first for women for years now, last week i unfortunately had a to make claim, Due to the fact that i had a no claims bonus i decided to see how much this would cost me, When the panel beater gave me a quote i just straight up cant afford, i decided to rather use my insurance that i pay every month!! The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of horrifying, not only was i left feeling like i was some sort of ******** i was also made out to be a complete fool, i requested from the start to use the same panel beater i had recieved the quote from, his work is nothing short of amazing! i had to send this quote and 22 photos to 3 different people at first for women, after them just booking my car into another panel beater i expressed how unhappy i was and was told my only other option was to get a pay cash pay out to get it sorted myself the value they are paying me out is literally a quarter of the value of the original quote i had already recieved i have never gone through anything this disgusting in my life, what happened to customer service? what am i paying monthly for?? pathetic effort,
