Disgusting Service

On the 08.04.2018 I was hit in the back of my car and my car was towed away by your towing company. On 09.04.2018 I contacted First for Women to arrange the car hire and to register my claim. From the 09.04.2018 - 17.04.2018 I kept contacting First for Women to see what was happening and was told they could not find my car etc. This is all unacceptable to me. On the 17.04.2018 an assessor was eventally sent to assess my vehicle where he told me that my car was to be set to the south of Johannesburg for repair when I live in the north. It then took me until the 20.04.2018 to get First for Women to change the repair back to my area. On the 23.04.2018 I contacted Renew-It Rivonia where my car was to be repaired and they said they still had not received authorization from First for Women. On the 24.04.2018 Renew-It got the authorization and stripped my car to see what spares were required. I kept trying to find out how the repairs for my vehicle were going only to eventually receive a letter from Renew-It to say the spares would take 15 days to arrive. On the 08.05.2018 the spares should have arrived and when I contacted Renew I was emailed to say now that the warehouse was moving so no deliveries until this week 14.05.2018 It has now been 5 weeks since my accident and I now have no transportation as I had to hand the hired car back, and there is a possibility I could lose my employment as I have no transportation to get to work. To date First for Women have not contacted me at all about my claim if I do not contact them nothing gets done. I have had the same problem with Renew-it Rivonia.

Please could someone now come back to me on this complaint as your service is disgusting and I am a very unhappy client.

I emailed First for Women this complaint on 14.05.2018 and to date no answer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As discussed, we will confirm the current status of the repair process and will be in contact to discuss the way forward.
