Disgusting behaviour from the ambulance service

Very disgusting experience, I had an accident, I dialled @17:38 12.01.2026 ambulance service to direct me on the next step , I spoke whoever answered the call , as I was busy with I got interrupted by the traffic , the call got cut off , I called again as I was trying to explain my , the ambulance came on Me like a tan of bricks , super disgusted , shouting at me and telling me me where to go at that moment were I need direction . The guy must be removed on the lines period . I need a formal apology and the guy must calm me back to explain his horrible call etiquette.. super disgusted.. want to move my money to another service provider insurance , were they will respect me at that time I needed them Mostly . Disgusted
