Disgusted service
I am a client of FFW since 2020 and requesting Roadside Assistance once a blue moon. On Wednesday evening (22 June 2022) between 18:20 and 18:30 I contacted them to assist me with fuel. The consultant assisted me quickly, but after our conversation I found out that they will be able to assist me, however I am liable for the cost of the petroI I was so furious to think I pay every month and they cannot even helped me. I had to cancel with them and requested one of my family members to assist me. I really feel unhappy with this.

24 Jun 2022, 18:53Unfortunately I do not accept your apology. I am still traumatized about this experience. As I was alone with a toddler of 4 years old. I did not have any cash on me nor my bank card. I depended on you as my insurance company to aid me.
