Disgusted in 1st for Women
Once again disappointed with 1st for women and their outsource company Telsure. I was in an accident on the 10th May 2020, the damage of the car was 60% of the market value. I've been in contact with a lot of companies and they explained the car should of been written off especially if both my airbags popped out. Telsure explained its not a write off because its cosmetic damage and not mechanical. The body shop called the 20th July 2020 stating we will get our Ford Ecosport on the 31st July 2020, as on the 30th July the car will go to Ford for diagnostic test. Friday the 31st July they called stating Ford picked up the airbag modulator is broken. This was my worry about my life as well as my spouse, and my child! If I had to be in an accident after receiving the car, the airbag would of not saved my life as well as my family! Honestly unhappy with 1st for Women and will not recommend them to anyone as long as it fits their pockets because we paying them for a service, they don't have any concern about their clients. This leaving the fixed cost of the car will be more than 60% of the market value. It's now the 6th August 2020 and we still didn't receive any update of the airbag modulator or the ETA of the car. This leaving me, how do I know my car will be safe for my family and I? God forbid I'm in an accident again when they could of obviously thought if both airbags popped out the airbag modulator would also have been damaged. I fear for my life once I do get my car back as I can't trust everything will be 100% because I am being fooled by this company and their outsource company!
