Disgusted client

My advice is never to take first for woman insurance, i am disgusted by the treatment I received from them, They collect your premiums before your allocated date but when you put a claim through, they have excuses as to why they cant pay, my vehicle was ****** and my claim was rejected, I was treated like a ******** and I was being investigated like I did something wrong, I received no remorse for what I had been through, what they promise you to take the policy and what service you receive is totally different, you are asked to send pictures to validate your policy but apparently that's not good enough when you claim, then why not send somebody to inspect the vehicle when the policy is taken, repairs done to my vehicle has nothing to do with my vehicle being ******, These rogues are trying to prove the vehicle I was driving for 2 months didnt exist, Never trust them, believe me they look for every excuse not to pay, your policy means nothing, you are paying premiums to be rejected in the end
