Disgusted by FFW Insur/Looking Forward Cancelling

I regret being a member of this Insurance company. After 4 years of being a loyal client paying my monthly instalments with no arear amounts. 28/09/2015 I put through a claim of an accident which was not even my fault,but the 3rd party person's fault. They un useful agents only contacted the 3rd party person on the 15/10/2015 which clearly means nothing to them only working on my claim 17days after. Nevermind that they were not even contacting the correct 3rd party person,neither did they have the decencey to contact me to tell me that the person contacted denied that he was involved in an accident on the given date! I had to contact them to do follow up on my damn claim. Yet I explain to them that they got the wrong person, never did they request the accident report from the police station,which I have to make it my job to get it to them since they too incompitent to do so.At the same point some agent tells me that I am liable for the excess,then what the hell is this 3rd party cover for which I pay for with my comprehansive cover of R1500 a month and yet I'm being told I must pay the excess(R5100)till they recover it listen to this \IF THEY DO"They so useless but quick to debit!"""
