Disgusted!!!
If I could give you Zero Stars That would be an appropriate rating. I was **** to, tried to cancel my policy, retentions called me and said it will be sorted and gave me an offer to stay, but the moment I suffered data loss all of a sudden this was no longer covered. Please guys don't do business with these people. I thought Telkom was terrible to work with, but 1st for Woman takes the cake. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN. I have also logged a complaint with the ombutsman.
