Disgruntled

I have been calling you people with no joy. I took my car for repairs. My boot lid was not put back. I have been calling first for women to arrange to get it back to me. Everytime someone will promises to come back after 48 hours. 5 days later......nothing.

I want to know who will pay for this because you all took your sweet time to resolve?
