Disgraceful service

I registered building and house contents insurance with 1st for Women last year. When my house got flooded in a storm this year (and my geyser leaked a week later) I was informed that my building cover had been cancelled. After 3 months of investigating and fighting, 1st for Women admitted this was their mistake andthat they would cover the claims. I have the assessor out.... suddenly 1st for women claim there is no storm damage (which I have photos of). After a few threats, they agree to pay out for the damage. The day the money arrives in my account 1st for women phone me about a claim on my geyser and claim I don't have building cover. So now I'm back to square 1 with that claim.

What I would like to know is how a company that is this *********** is still getting business. It's a disgrace to the industry!
