Disgrace
Despicable insurance !
I insured my TV and when the tv got damaged cause of wiring issues they call me and tell me that their report states its wear and tear!
They making excuses cause they dont want to pay my claim and they make me hold of 30min to submit a new claim on my decoder .
Fast to deduct my account but dont want to pay out. I will send an email to other insurances to make sure they know the service is from First for women!
