Disapponted

I had an accident on 24 ferbruary and submitted a claim.On 3 march First for women informed me that my claim had been rejected due to my excess being higher than my damages.I was then told that first for women would pay for storage and towing of my car at the first help yard and i would be allowed to take my car to fix it.On 4 february my claims assistant Millicent called me and i informed that i my mother will be fetching the car.She said to me that all my mother needs is a letter of permisson from to and first help would release the car to her.When my mother arrived at first help she was treated in such a terrible manner.She was told that firat women had not sent the references and emails and payments for the car to be released and that we would have to pay R1100 cash.She had arrived at the yard at 12:00 pm and sat at the yard for 4 hours while first for women and first help argued over email about my car.The car was eventually released at 15:00.

Im very disappointed that my mothet had to be treated in this manner due to the mistakes of first for women.
