Disappointment

Hi.I recently had a bad experience with the company as they have failed to meet my expectations as a client. Recently I had a car accident and had hoped that the insurance would have everything under control .I was told that I have to pay an access fee so that my car could be fixed but it seems that I was being cheated on as now they have changed the amount of the fee that they gave me.According to my policy document I have to pay an amount of R8 800 access fee and suddenly I received an email that says I am supposed now to pay R11 800 to the mechanic before they fix my car. I would say I did not expect this from them as many people have given me good reviews about this company but sadly I'm disappointed .
