Disappointing service

My friend took out a extended warranty for her Opel bakkie and was assured that she had the best cover. She had peace of mind - until she had to make a claim. Before Toni had the bakkie repaired she called FfW and told them what was wrong. She was assured that the claim would be covered. Now she has been told that it won't. Who must she talk to in order to get this resolved?
