disappointing service

Called to accept cover premiums of R1350.. Upon inspections of the policy. I noticed that they insured vehicle for trade value. Called to update this and premium increased by R300+, Asked for a review and they could not assist. rather lets say, the person assisting was not interested in assisting. perhaps our personalities didn't jell. and we opted to cancel the policy.. so disappointed with their service
