Disappointing service

Good day

I am so disappointed at the level of service from first for women. One the 8th Oct 2021 the water pipes were ****** from the property at 249 rd 706 . I called to report it and was told that I need to send through the photos of the place the pipes was ****** and the police ref number were it was reported. Because of this been an emergency has there was no water to using or sanitation the plumber came on the 9th Oct to fix. On the 11th Monday I sent through all the requested info .Thereafter im told they want a invoice and quotes and pics of the job and pics of the breakin. Why wasn’t this asked on the first communication. I then get all the details and sent it through on the early morning of the 19th . This has just delayed the whole process because of poor communication from First for women. From the 19th to 22nd I had emailed numerous time only to have my emails ignored by first for women. I now have the plumbing company wanting to go remove the pipes that was repaired as this is the 3rd week now and no payment has been made to them.I must now sit with no water and sanitation if the pipes are removed because its gone the 3rd week and the claim is not resolved. Only after me calling on Friday then do I get a call telling my the police ref number is incorrect. I sent through docs on the 19th early morning…..Please make me understand why even though I sent follow up emails the entire week(which were ignored) im told on a Friday afternoon that the ref number is incorrect. How disappointing is this treatment from a company that call its self first for woman. Even this morning I send the pic of the ref number from the police station and still I hear nothing from the processor.

Must I be left without water now because of this.
