Disappointing service

Highly disappointed in the reluctance to refund my premiums. My financial adviser has attempted to cancel 1st for women products on my behalf and they refuse to go through with the cancellation. Furthermore, they have blocked my ability to stop or reverse my debit orders. 2 months of premiums should have been reversed.

It is extremely disheartening to be treated this way after years of loyalty.
