Disappointing money makers

Everytime I claim I have to be given the run around almost as if they dont believe what has been happening. I am in the process of claiming for a tv that has water damage and wont come on anymore and a week later they ask for pics. I claimed for a cell phone a few months back where the kid dropped the phone and the screen needed to be replaced and I was asked for a log from the service provider ( how when it's a phone the kids use only on wifi). Its always a story with claims here. I'm fed up might aswell cancel the whole insurance coz what is the point of having one when u get cross questioned like a ********. They very disappointing and just making money off people
