Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

I had high hopes when I signed up with 1st for Women Insurance, believing their claims of offering more affordable premiums. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that their lower prices come at the cost of zero follow-up and non-existent service.

I was involved in an accident where another driver, who was also insured with 1st for Women, drove into the back of my car. Despite being insured with the same company, they could never seem to track the other driver down. Worse yet, no one ever followed up with me—not once. I had to chase them at every step, and even then, I got nowhere. It became an exhausting process that led me to eventually give up entirely.

Fed up, I closed my account with them and switched to Santam, a company that, in stark contrast, is professional, reliable, and values its customers. 1st for Women Insurance was a complete letdown, and I can't recommend them to anyone who values decent service and accountability.
