Disappointing 1st for women

I am super frustrated. I have been with for 1st for Women insurance for years and the service was amazing, until last week the whole perspective changed. I logged a claim, I have serious issue with water flooding in my house and causing damage. The insurance sends the plumber to have a look till today no feedback received we are approaching second week since plumbers came for inspection. The water is causing more severe damages every day.

I called several times and being told the only person who can assist is Goitseone Lolwane.I have been trying to reach Goitseone with no success and wondering out of all staff employed at the company is he/she the only assistance? Today I checked on the App and guess what my claim is finalised with no feedback provided. If you happen to claim through 1st for Women and Goitseone Lolwane is your assistance Good Luck. As for me I am done looking for another insurance, never thought will be disappointed by 1st for Women :-(
