Disappointed,with these ******
People plz repost- 1st 4women are ****mers. I have never exeperience such a pathetic service from 1st 4women insurance. This insurance is unconsiderate to us as women of colour, all they want is money in. I have claimed 3 times with them, and in all incidents I have been knocked by different ppl. One was a hit and run. 2nd, outsurance client was assisted flawlessly. While on the otherside I am struggling to get my car to the panebeater. I had to drive a smashed car for more than a week. And to be honest the service was not great. I thought I was going change the insurance to outsource. Beginning of this year on 28 January again my car was knocked from the back again. It was towed the same day. 10 or 14 days later I received an email from the panelbeater saying they are waiting for the authorisation. I communicated with the insurance and it was sorted on. Mind you in all this delay the car hire is 30days. A lady from 1st 4 women called to advise me that the car must be sent in it is due to go back. Mind you these ppl know the panelbeaters gave them until 4 March. I asked about the delay from their side. She got back to me a few hours later saying they are extending it for 10days. On the 20th of March I receive a call from the carhire asking if I was aware that the car was due 4 days ago and it is no longer insurance. I said no. The insurance did not communicate that with me. When I called the insurance around 11 on Friday, while I was quering the lead times and accountability with the claims consultant, she dropped the phone. The panelbeaters called at 14h30 saying the car is ready for collection and they will knock off at 15h30. The time was limited and I was out of town. I could not collect the car, therefore, the courtesy car was not returned back. The car hire called on Monday saying it is now 9 days overdue. And I must speak to my insurance with regards to the extended days. Now, the insurance is pushing it back to me to account for the 9days. Who caused the delay? Because the panelbeaters showed me that they did communicate with the insurance. Now they say they don't account for the parts delay. Who gets to account? When they sold the insurance to me they did not say they dont account for the parts delay. They said I get the carhire for 30days while the car is with the panelbeaters. It is their panelbeater, they chose them, they communicate lead times was between themselves. Now they want me to account for something they caused between them. I pay the insurance on a monthly basis of R2250, without fail. These people are ****** and ************s. I will not account for something that was not on side. Secondly, they must claim the access amount is paid to the panelbeaters from the third party.
