Disappointed with service and communication

Its with so much regret and frustration that I have too put this up here.My vehicle is insured by 1st for women and I have been dealing with them for more than 5 years.My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 1/11/25 and towed away by FFW.Who promised to held the situation accordingly but to my suprise they do not contact you with any feedback you have to contact them in order to get feedback.They have been giving me the run around for some time now.Also it is gone a month and my car installment will go out with them having my vehicle witch was written off by them.I am totally disappointed with the way they handle claims and will never recommend them to anyone else.
