Disappointed with 1st for women

I first took out cover for my car in 2014 with 1st for women, never claimed and I believed they were the best insurance company for women because of the promises they make. last week I was hijacked on Monday and put in the claim on Tuesday. The only call I received was from their investigator who interrogated me and has been requesting details about the car that I was never asked when I first took out cover, why should I feel harassed and instead of being treated as a victim in a country where women are being attacked on a daily basis, where no one is safe even the police themselves I being ****ed, am very disappointed with the treatment from 1st women, not even one call this insurance company. Why not get the details before you start collecting premiums, you cant collect money for over 4years then start giving customers stories. I paid high premiums and for that I expect value for my money. I don't expect stories and funny demands now that I have a problem. am still traumatized and wont allow you to traumatize me further
