Disappointed with 1st for women
Policy number *** im so disappointed with the service that i received from 1st for woman especially because this is the 1st time i claim from them, i submitted my claim on the 26th January 2024 and based on their automated response i was supposed to have received feedback after 24 hours, to date i have not received any response, i tried to follow up with the call Centre there is no answer yet every month money is deducted from my account for this policy, all i want is feedback of whether they are going to refund me as i already paid for the replacement of my coolant tank, i have submitted all the documents that they requested and yet they are still quite, can i please get the service that i pay for because i have had this warranty cover since 2020 and i have never claimed, come claiming stage they are quite and ignore your email, may i please have feedback by the end of the date today the 30.01.2024

To date no one has called me from 1st for women, there is still no answer when i call the warranty claims department, you deduct money from my account every month but when it is time to help your client it is all quite, instead you have to wait for more than an hour then the line is quite no answer no nothing should i have known that it will be so difficult to get hold of 1st for women i was not going to bother taking a policy with them.
