DISAPPOINTED TO THE C****!!!
I have both household & car insurance with this swrvice provider. I have had the car the longest, the household I've had for close to 10 months, with the recent storms in Kzn, it managed to damage my roof, which the insurance company refuses to fix, worse off they are telling me that my \house isn't worthy to be insured!"This is months and months after they've been gladly taking installments! Isn't the onus on them to ensure that the house is \""insurance worthy\"" before taking money from people? I'm beyond disappointed that even after my first complaint I haven't berm contacted"
