Disappointed service

It's a disgrace that no intervention has been done since last week.Are we subjected to go to social media platforms to place our complaints.Is this how you operate? I have been waiting for my referral vouchers and sent endless emails yet nothing has been done.Such a shame to a company as know as this one;how are we to trust this company if small things like this cant get resolved in due time.
