Disappointed

Disappointed with the knowledge of the agents, as client when I phone in for assistance I expect to receive accurate information but Yoh it was a different stories from each agent. As an insurance company for women I have never felt so unsafe. Was involved in a accident 2 weeks back and the other driver was in the wrong, I was told to claim from the other parties insurance they don’t get involved, no assistance at all. Till today I’m still waiting for my feedback from the other insurance company which my insurer could have done for me.
