Disappointed customer

I thought that you were the best insurance but I'm highly disappointed. I got into an accident on the 20th of December. You promise to send a tow truck immediately and a guardian angel, well I'm still waiting for the guardian angel till today. luckily there was a tow truck passing by and arranged with your consultant for my vehicle to be towed at renew it, I had to call my brother to collect me after an hour of waiting. I had to call everyday just to make sure that the inspector did go inspect my car. It's the 6th of January my vehicle has not been booked in for repairs and I don't even know when it's going to be booked or how long it will take for my vehicle to be fixed. Since my accident you have never called me to update me. I constantly need to call asking for updates. I'm a working women and I travel a lot therefore I need to know when I'll have my car back or some kind of feedback. I have been calling Tasnima from your claims department from last week Monday I couldn't get ahold of her she promised to call me back but it's been a week and I've been calling her every day and she is always busy on a call, they take a message for her but she never calls back. Friday I called again they said she is busy on a call I should hold after holding for almost 30 min they say she has gone home. So I asked the consultant to give me feedback she says my claim is handled by Tasnima therefore I should only speak to her but what she can tell me is that they are waiting for feedback from the SAPS. Can't you follow up? I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused. My vehicle is not that damaged it was just the radiator and underneath but the body is in perfect condition. I have pictures so what could be the hold up? I want my car and I need someone to call me and update me.
