DISAPPOINTED CLIENT

I am so disgusted with the service I received. Hiring consultants that thinks he can intimidate me bacause I am a woman. Looking for every reason not to pay out, reasons that does not exist. Getting no feedback from first for woman.

I have been a client of them for years and never claimed before and this experience is disgusting and I am SOOOOOO disappointed in their service.

Seriously considering canceling ALL policies with them. No problem taking your money, when you miss a premium of pay late of want to sell you something they contact you multiple times a day but as soon as you put in a claim they never contact you, goving no feedback, looking for reasons not to pay out.

I will let the ombudsman handel this.
