Disappointed and VERY Angry !!!!!

i am very disappointed with 1st for women !!!!!! i have insured my car and my cell phne with them today i called them advising them that i want to claim for my cell phone because it got lost. i was told my cell phone cover was cancelled. that got me very angry because i dont remember canceling it because every ,month they still debiting the car and cell phone amount so i dont understand how can i cancel something that you guys are still debiting. this is honestly an inconvenience because now i lost my phone however i cant put a claim because " the cover was canceled " without my concern. i need this mess to be rectified ASAP , i need proof of call recordings and the person who canceled my cover , i want to speak to that person !! i regret insuring my things with you guys honestly , this is sooo unprofessional
