Disappointed and Dissatisfaction with 1st for women

Very disappointed with 1st for women insurance after Europcar debited funds from my account without my consent and for no reason. When l take the matter to my insurance l dont get any answers. Its time l cancel my policy with telesure and move on to King price ins.
