Disappointed

After being stranded on the road women alone... logging assistance on the app multiple minutes go by no response. I end up calling them having to repeat myself 3 times because the women on the other end doesnt hear me properly ( however I think she wasnt listening) i get told I will receive the towing companies details in 5min of the call ending. Again 30min go by have to call THEM to follow up.

Everyone talks about how savety concerned first for women is about the customer. However this didnt feel to me at all like that. Then ontop of all that I have to pay extra for the kilos and the towings toll gat3
