Disappointed

On the 12 May 2016 I received a call from Junior Solomon Damoense, I pleased to take the on the Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (R657pm with a R5000 Excess, quoted by him) due to the lower premium offerred to me compared to Budget Insurance, However I was not very pleased with his tone of voice as he sounded very "arrogant", mind me if I may have overemphasized with word arrogant.

I thought his tone was very rude.

however I continued with the application and my phone battery died amidst of it.

By then i was put off and i did not want to go ahead with application and I felt displeased talking to this consultant.

To my surprise I received a third party call from Hippo yesterday (20 May 2016), and was transferred to a First For Women consultant, of which she quoted me almost "R800" not to be pricise.

Can I get an understanding of how does your quote jump up in the space of 8 days.

Totally disappointed, you were supposed to be pulling your clients in and not chasing them away.
